The 3D Blacksburg Collaborative Data sources organizes and serves 3D GIS, Building, Sensor and Community information through interactive, web-based virtual environments. We are working to organize open standards-based resources for online geospatial visualization and seed the demand for a new modality of presence and participation (see Our Vision).
